Your information, handled plainly.

Charlay Creations only collects what you choose to send us through this website, and only uses it to reply to you and do the work you ask for.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, project estimator or 3D print quote tool we store the details you enter (like your name, email, phone and message), your estimator answers, and any 3D files you upload. To block spam we store a scrambled, one-way code derived from your connection — never your actual IP address.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare quotes, and deliver your project or order. We never sell or rent your information.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel). Uploaded files are kept private and only our team can access them.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page-view analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Your choices

Want a copy of your information, or want it deleted? Email hello@charlaycreations.ca and we'll take care of it.
